What this Current means in the world

Shadow is the element of concealment, deception, and fear. It was born alongside Light, cast by it, always present but never the center. Shadow thrives in places light cannot reach—alleys, caves, hearts. It is opposed by Solar, which burns through it, and amplified by Void, with which it shares silence and depth. Shadow creatures are elusive, rarely seen in full form, and often strike from angles unseen. They specialize in misdirection, psychological warfare, and vanishing acts. In the world, Shadow is a misunderstood force—used by spies, hunters, and monks alike. It teaches that what is hidden is not always evil—only strategic. Shadow is not absence, but potential waiting in stillness. In lore, it is the path of those who protect by not being known, or who destroy without leaving a mark. To master Shadow is to be feared and never found.
