General expectations
By playing Fens, you agree to follow these rules to ensure a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all players. Violations may result in penalties up to and including permanent account termination without notice or refund.

Game behavior & exploits
- No bots, macros, automation, or unauthorized scripting to gain unfair advantages.
- No duplicate accounts. Only one account per player is allowed.
- Do not abuse bugs, glitches, or unintended features. Report them when found.
- Trade scams, currency funneling, and economy manipulation are forbidden.
- Scamming or deceiving other players is prohibited.
Communication & conduct
- Roleplay is permitted within reasonable boundaries.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, excessive profanity, spam, and discrimination are not tolerated.
- Offensive or misleading usernames, profile images, and bios are not allowed.
- Impersonating staff is a bannable offense.
- Private messages may be reviewed if abuse is reported.
Economy & trading
- Trading non-premium currency and items is allowed unless otherwise restricted.
- Premium currency may not be gifted or traded directly.
- Real-money trading, including selling accounts or items for cash or crypto, is forbidden.
- Player-to-player service trades are at your own risk.
Enforcement & reporting
- Violations may result in penalties up to account termination at the game owner's discretion.
- Support and moderation are not guaranteed.
- Appeals may be submitted to [email protected].
- Punishments may be publicly logged through community notices.
- Behavior that harms the game or community may be addressed even if not explicitly listed here.
Player organizations & tools
- Player-run factions or guilds may govern themselves; staff will not enforce their internal rules.
- Player-made tools are allowed if they do not automate gameplay or violate another rule.
