What it is
Snowfluff are compact winter fenborn with layered insulating fur and broad paws. They construct and maintain sub-snow tunnels instead of merely hiding in them.
What Keepers notice
Their tunnels trap warmer air, expose buried seed, and shelter smaller life through violent freezes. Compacted lanes and abrupt thaws can collapse a local network.
How this species enters Keeper life
Hospice-supervised weather rescues, seasonal sanctuary rotations, and later habitat stewardship encounters.
This is a species dossier. Individual fenborn keep their own care state, provenance, temperament, history, and Keeper relationship.
